chili_con_carne Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 We're winning 1-0 away to Leeds at Elland road in the championship and Forest are winning 1-0 away to Gillingham in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy
Edmund Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 In theory we have set ourselves up for our second consecutive win, I just hope we don't throw it away now, all we have to do now is sit back and defend and frustrate leeds players and the then the fans will get on there backs more leaving us to hit them on the break and with a little luck and hume showboating i say 2-0 win. Thats if kelly says the right things in the dressing room!!
Thracian Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Leeds were only 1 down at half time against stoke - ended up loosing 4-0! If Kelly's clever he'll realise Leeds will have to commit sooner or later and by having our quick strikers together with two wide men, we should be able to exploit that by fast countering.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Anyone up for a banana dance? Five FIRST-CHOICE players out injured and we're 1-0 up. Bring it.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 2:41 Elvis Hammond(Leicester) caught offside. Indirect free kick taken right-footed by Neil Sullivan(Leeds) from own half, passed. 15:36 Elvis Hammond(Leicester) caught offside. Direct free kick taken right-footed by Matthew Kilgallon(Leeds) from own half, resulting in open play. Only twice!!!
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Anyone up for a banana dance? Five FIRST-CHOICE players out injured and we're 1-0 up. Bring it. There's nothing but pure joy in the eyes of that banana.
Nationwider Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 The usual sitting back/headless chickens act away from home? Or 45 minutes of rock-solid concentration?
Thracian Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Just listening to the highlights - there wasn't a lot from Leeds!!!.
lcfc_jme Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Anyone up for a banana dance? Five FIRST-CHOICE players out injured and we're 1-0 up. Bring it. As it stands we'll be about 14th, just 4-5 points outside the top promotion places That deserves a banana dance
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 The usual sitting back/headless chickens act away from home? Or 45 minutes of rock-solid concentration? Well at least you're still the Prince of Wales?
Nationwider Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Anyone up for a banana dance? I'm working it like a polaroid picture.
Thracian Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 I think Kelly will have learned from West Brom.
Nationwider Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Well at least you're still the Prince of Wales? Of that you can be sure.
De Vries The King Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Can someone send me a link to listen to the game that doesn't use realplayer ASAP thanks
Cheese Me Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 As it stands we'll be about 14th, just 4-5 points outside the top promotion places That deserves a banana dance  Hown can we be that close to promotion places??????? We've been awful for much of the season, just shows what could happen if we could put a few results together. Let's hold on today first though.
FNQ Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 "They're looking a good side tonight" Can't quite believe the sense of relief I'm feeling.
lcfc_jme Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 We're looking a good side tonight, as we should against a team out of form and down on luck Kisnorbo should have scored
Swedging Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 We'll be worryingly high in the table if we win this. :D One place higher, I think, if results remain as they are.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Hown can we be that close to promotion places??????? We've been awful for much of the season, just shows what could happen if we could put a few results together. Let's hold on today first though. Burnley have lost half of their home games and are 2nd. This league is full of average teams.
