I am often made to laugh by managers who fail to excercise any objective judgement after a game, but, Mourinho is tops when it comes to acting like a complete one eyed idiot.

His team posseses some of the biggest divers (Drogba has a PHD, Robben is just as good, Makelele, Ballack to name only a few) and then he has the complete audacity to call Barcelona. Whilst barcelona were no saints last night, Chelsea kicked them (cavalho is the most pathetic example I have ever seen and hopefully one day someone will inflict a serious injury on him) at every opportunity and bored us to death with their unadventurous and negative football until they were behind and had to chase the game. Since that intelligent centre half Terry has become England captain we can see why Englands fortunes have gone pear shaped.

Back to the subject of diving, and if barcelona did get up to anything, which was nothing like on the Chelsea scale, did Mourinho coach there as well for a while !!. His standards are a joke and the sooner he clears off back to Portugal the better for everyone. It is just another way to try and distract from his own teams diving antics, which Drogba in particular takes to another level, ala him trying to get Marquez sent off when the Mexican did not even touch him in the first half. <_<

As a nation we always seem the think the foriegn teams are the worst but I seemed to remember a certain Manchester City Forward inventing the dive in the early 70's.

I didn't actually see the whole game because I was at the Leicester game, but my dad's a Chelsea fan so he had it taped for us to watch the highlights when we got in. Chelsea have definitely got some clowns when it comes to falling about all over the place but I think Barcelona are MUCH worse on the whole. The worst/most ridiculous part was Decco rolling around like he'd been shot then getting up and forgetting he was meant to be injured to have a go at Terry when he kicked the ball at him!

As for Mourinho, he's a character, I think the Premiership would be less interesting without him.

And any sympathy for Marquez that I might have had went out of the window after that horrible stamp on Essien.

Because he is promoting the wrong style of football for tha players he's got and moans about diving, but when Drogba did it, last season anyway which was a lot more than Barcelona have ever done, he just defended him and said he never dived, he's a pratt and and English football would be better off without him.

I know you don't like him but there is absolutly no need for that! You wouldn't like it if someone wished it on you, i find what you have said quite disguisting to be honest, my mate has just suffered severe injury and it's horrible.

Most winners have an arrogant or ruthless streak about them. Think about it Mourinho is a bit like Brian Clough arrogant and at times ruthless but also he was good at what he did and although he pissed plenty of people off there were plenty more who respected him. The same applies to Mourinho and yes he is a hypocrite but then aren't we all hypocrites when the circumstances suit us turning a blind eye to what our own players do but pillorying everyone else for doing the same.
