lookwhaticando Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 Brilliant game. Great result for Tottenham (as much as I hate them, I wanted them to win it) Chelski really lost their rag in the second half - 'Three Cards Poll' actually issued about 10 in total, including Terry's two. I'd have thought the game would be shite when I saw the TV schedule... glad I watched it as it turns out, was end to end stuff, tons of action. Brilliant.
Brummie-FOX Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 I wonder what Poll was thinking when he showed Terry a SECOND yellow card
lookwhaticando Posted 5 November 2006 Author Posted 5 November 2006 I wonder what Poll was thinking when he showed Terry a SECOND yellow card He was thinking "it won't be so bad, he'll still be able to play..." Moments later he realized it really was two yellows for a red.
Jamesino_LCFC Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 Fantastic game - both games on Sky today were brilliant in my opinion and I never thought I'd say this but I'm really routing for Man Utd to win the Prem this season - I really wouldnt want to see Chelski to win it again.
Chairman of the Bored Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 Chelski and The Arse both losing on the same day. Perfick. Loved Whinger and Pards' fisticuffs!
samingram_uk Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 Remember remember the 5th of november, the day spurs beat chelsea 2-1, thanks to my m8 for that 1

Thracian Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 Anyone wondering how I really think football should be played - that was it. And did Spurs try to sit on their 2-1 not a bit. Bloody brilliant. Fantastic winning goal but such positive, all out to win football. Crqacking. And the ref helped by trying to let play flow. What a lesson that was for the ceaseless blow-job brigade we seem to get all too often.
Nationwider Posted 5 November 2006 Posted 5 November 2006 You've all beaten me to it. A great game to watch, and pleasing to see Chelsea's second defeat. Hopefully someone will trip Man Utd up soon?

Shows what can happen when you play positively The what brigade?

lcfc_jme Posted 6 November 2006 Posted 6 November 2006 Dunno, but it's an interesting sounding brigade. Where do I sign up? Grandpa Thracian's house :pinch: Maybe one of your Swedish friends knows of a Swedish variation of this brigade for you?!
