That's not to say such a topic should replace the gossip-based one we have going already. People can read the 'news' thread and discuss it in the 'discuss' thread. Good idea, methinks. It does get hard to read things when you have to dig through at least 5 pages of posts to find the article everyone's waffling on about. Make it happen.
