If you had to choose one to start tomorow, which one would you pick, for me its a tough one as I like JR and think he could make a good manager, but i'd like to see him start with a lower league club. I think we should stick with Kelly. Mickey Adams, Craig Levien couldn't do lift us out of mid table, and I think unless we got a really good manager like Curbishley, Kelly would be our best bet. Discuss

JR is totally unproven, and if we're in the business of changing manager again, we should go for someone who knows what's going on in this league. Redknapp is not that man.

With these two options, it's Rob for now.
