First time it didnt work. Thought I might not have saved IP address right. Second time. Checked the setting. Entered and save the address and its gone back to what it was before. Should have written it down. Was told that because the handset isnt Orange it may revert back to the factory settings. Contacted them via the website now. They are helpful but I said to the last one it would be nice if you got to the same person if you have to call back instead of going through the details and problem again. They are busy though and cant pick and choose who they deal with.

Rincewind Posted 2 January 2007 Author Posted 2 January 2007 Done that. But the phone I have is not on the list. Kept sending the wrong settings. Done it over the phone but I got some of it wrong. They emailed the settings step by step. Still not connecting yet I've printed the email off and checked it a few times. May take it in the Orange shop to see if they can do it. I just get network not responding. I may have altered something in another place on the phone.
