Milky Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 they dont actually care though they went home to tend to thier money fuelled bonfires it does make a quality bonfire. I just wait until the game has finished.
Leonisco Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 I bet the people who left early feel so stupid right now, and I hope they've learned never to do it again. The guys next to me left just after Fulham's second - what's the fooking point? If you've paid to see a game, you may aswell watch the whole thing. Muppets. How could anyone leave early?. Even after their second goal I never wanted to stop cheering the team on and I never thought we were out of it. Porter had no right to win the ball back on the goal-line and to have the presence of mind to pick Cadamarteri out instead of just hitting it hopefully into the goalmouth was terrific and Cadamarteri's calm finish was just a wonderful outcome. I was left wishing the game would never end. Just couldn't believe what a small crowd watched. They missed a treat. The atmosphere was terrific around me especially when they scored the second and our fans just burst in spontaneous song. What a contrast to the shameful displays against Southampton and Sunderland. Thracian were you in E3 by any chance. Cos I could hear a bloke near me constantly shouting "Bring Louis on" through most of the second half.
Bert Posted 6 January 2007 Author Posted 6 January 2007 Very true..So often has in the past. I'm very happy as it goes! Must be the way you percieve my posts.
Joe. Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 You can't leave early! You pay good money to watch you're team so you should at least stick it out til the end. You never know what you might miss, as showed by today... A lesson learned?
