lcfc_jme Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 I'd just like to take this moment to say, gutted and it serves you right for leaving early. Couldn't agree more bert. It was well worth staying 'til the end. We were all going fooking mental at the back of E1/D2 Shame on the people who left early. They should know much better than to do that, especially in the FA Cup
JoeyB Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 gutted the only game that ive left early this season was sheff weds and that was piss poor
Tubes Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 serves them right! its not worth risking missing the celevrations of a last minute goal you cant get much better!

lildave3 Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Serves 'em right. I wonder if the guy with the rattle saw the goal though...
Stevosevic Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Leaving early is pathetic. you pay all that money so you might as well stay the whole game.
Brummie-FOX Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Bert doesn't seem too happy tonight, with this thread and the Cadamarteri one
Thracian Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 How could anyone leave early?. Even after their second goal I never wanted to stop cheering the team on and I never thought we were out of it. Porter had no right to win the ball back on the goal-line and to have the presence of mind to pick Cadamarteri out instead of just hitting it hopefully into the goalmouth was terrific and Cadamarteri's calm finish was just a wonderful outcome. I was left wishing the game would never end. Just couldn't believe what a small crowd watched. They missed a treat. The atmosphere was terrific around me especially when they scored the second and our fans just burst in spontaneous song. What a contrast to the shameful displays against Southampton and Sunderland.
lcfc_jme Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Serves 'em right. I wonder if the guy with the rattle saw the goal though... Pete? Nah he's one of the many that left early. Credit to him though - he is a total Legend and really helps get the atmosphere going at the back of E1. Although him leaving early is a rare and stupid occurence. Bert doesn't seem too happy tonight, with this thread and the Cadamarteri one Bert is very happy, believe me. I saw him after our second goal. Never have I seen him happier
