Non? Well I never factored such trivial events into my blueprint but this guy appears to advocate hanging up bedsheets on the outside and they'll just get wet and you have to lump it. Presumably if you don't have any bedsheets to dry, you have to use clothes, so half the stuff gets wet. It's a rubbish idea. Only an idiot would think it could work.
