AoWW Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 And she has a Chinese brother called Wan.He's always in his room though. Watch out for her brother Bon though. Usually to be found down a dark alley. Holly - I do sympathise with the whole moods thing though. Us girlies do seem far more 'attuned' to them than our male counterparts. Clearly this is not the time or place to suggest that it's just coz we're smarter and more intuitive...oops!
Mort Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 Thankyou Baz Lurhmann. ...dance even if you have no where to do it but your own living room, read the instructions even if you dont follow them...
cisono Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 Latest news: Omega-3 fatty acids found to restructure brain matter tied to positive mood and emotionsIntake of omega-3 fatty acids is correlated with a better mood and more positive outlook, and may contribute to improving the structure of the areas of the brain associated with emotions, according to a study presented at the annual meeting of the American Psychosomatic Society. Researchers studied 55 healthy adults, questioning them about their omega-3 intake and taking magnetic resonance images of their brains. Higher intake of omega-3s was significantly correlated with a higher volume of brain matter in the areas associated with the regulation of mood and emotion. • In a prior study, the same researchers had discovered a correlation between blood levels of omega-3s and a positive life outlook. People with lower omega-3 levels were more likely to be impulsive and have a negative outlook. People with higher levels were more likely to have a positive mood and outlook. • The new study suggests that omega-3s may play a role in the structuring and improvement of mood-regulating areas of the brain. • Omega-3s are one of the two types of fatty acids; the others are omega-6. Scientists believe that the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 intake is between 3:1 and 5:1. • The typical omega-6 to omega-3 ratio in the modern, Western diet is between 10:1 and 30:1. Zingari Posted 4 April 2007 Posted 4 April 2007 If that's how she likes her fish, who am I to say anything... is there any evidence that there are no moody fish in the world some surely get a bit crabby
Geo V Posted 4 April 2007 Posted 4 April 2007 dont u just hate random moods.had the worst one last night, so i drank a bottle of vino and ate a tub of hagen daz in the hope it would get me out of it, but nope the ice cream jsut made me feel v,v sick. anyone got any ideas how to get out of random moods, there always the worst i think coz u have no idea why ur even in it. If the missus has got a head ache I usually tell her that I`ll look after her. Its best to do things that soothe the brain so I whack the hoover on for her so she can sort the living room out and if she still hasnt recovered, I put the Iron on so she can sort some shirts out for me. Give that a try Holly, its a winner!

The People's Hero Posted 5 April 2007 Posted 5 April 2007 Negative thought process's eh? So If I'm continuelly thinking my mum can't cook, my computers running to slowly and I think it's got a virus, my football teams crap, my jobs boring, my girlfriend will inevitable leave me for Wils, my life has no meaning, I would throw myself off a building but I'm too about scared what gods have in store fo me as punishment for living a life of sin that I have lived, fire and brimestone awaight me etc etc, that could possibly lead to a few bad moods? If this is whats behind my bad moods, how come something as simple as calling Fez a twat make me feel much better? Brilliant.
