davieG Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 As much as I'm sure many would like to see it happen with this run in I can't see them missing out: Billy Davies' side now have only Leicester, Coventry, Ipswich, Luton, Crystal Palace and Leeds to play - as favourable a promotion run-in as there could be.
lookwhaticando Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 It would be a crying shame if they secured promotion and consigned Leeds to relegation in one go.
Wils Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 I didn't realise they had such easy games left Me either. I was hoping they would have a hard run and possibly slip into the play offs. Minging. I cant see anything stopping them now unfortunatly.
lcfc_jme Posted 4 April 2007 Posted 4 April 2007 Yeah Derby are going up. I can just see it now. As much as it hurts. I sincerely hope that Leeds do go down though, or this season will hurt a lot more than it should. Them avoiding the drop after looking doomed for so long, and Derby going up to the Prem thinking they're a big club would actually make me cry.

Stuliasz Posted 4 April 2007 Posted 4 April 2007 If Derby go up, I do hope that Forest come up or next season is just going to be boring in terms of local derbies. Although I do have a stronger dislike for Coventry than for both Forest and Derby personally.

I wouldn't mind a bit more Midlands representation in the top flight... although I don't want them to make their stay long-term...

lookwhaticando Posted 4 April 2007 Posted 4 April 2007 We can replace them at the end of next season That's the spirit.
Geo V Posted 4 April 2007 Posted 4 April 2007 Anyone can beat anyone in this division, Preston losing there last two games against QPR and dirty Leeds is an example of that. Lets hope we can start there downfall on Friday.
