I, and others were concerned sometime ago that Kelly and most of the squad knew they would be on their way sooner or later so how do you motivate them?

Well things are desparate and may be more so after tonight, so offer them massive win bonuses and even more if we stay up - and then get rid.

I'm afraid money is all they understand & care about.
