FilboFox Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 Well considering there are loads of other sports sweepstakes, I thought I would start one for Tennis. I know there may not be many tennis fans on here but it could be fun all the same. RULES: You pick one player, either male or female for the running in the Wimbledon title race. Hint to those who know nothing about tennis... womens tennis is far more competative than the mens on grass... Just keep adding names that you think could win and we'll see who wins and there will obviously be 2 winners in the end. http://www.atptennis.com - For the male tennis players if you know none. http://www.wtatour.com - For the female tennis players also if you know none. Good Luck!

FilboFox Posted 18 April 2007 Author Posted 18 April 2007 Why are you naming names? That's stupid. The first people to join have already got the big names Cause it doesn't always work that way... may I remind you that women's tennis is very open and if Federer loses then the men's is wide open too...
FilboFox Posted 18 April 2007 Author Posted 18 April 2007 lildave wants Bonit Wiryawan ranked 1347th in the world. Is he even going to enter?
Brainy Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 Mate, I think you should make this thread a chit-chat kinda thing as it already seems to have been ruined.. I think you'll just have to work out who we all want and then make another thread, for you only, just to update us on things etc. If you do that, ask a mod/admin to make it a sticky so you don't get the spam
lcfc_jme Posted 19 April 2007 Posted 19 April 2007 Jme: Mens - Fernando Gonzalez.. Womens - Martina Hingis. I have two picks because they're two separate competitions. And because I can. Naturally.
