Southmapton beat Derby and have 50% chance of going up - which would then discount Burley leaving. OR Derby beat Southampton, we get the best REALISTIC manager, at the expense of Derby having 50% chance of getting to Premiership !!

The best football Derby have played in years under him. If Davies does leave and Southampton stay down Derby would no doubt be interested.
