Favourite stadium in the country

I think the first perception of a ground is significantly influenced by the game you witness within it. For this reason I have always had a soft spot for Hillsborough - not because of 1997 (Stevie Claridge and all that) but because I was behind the goal when Davor Suker lobbed Schmeichel from 30 yards. It was a beautiful summers evening during Euro 96 - my first experience of a major international tournament and a magnificent way to kickstart my viewing of that event. Croatia played wonderfully that evening.

Does this mean I shouldnt support Leicester?

Ill go support Villa or Arsenal, considering ive seen them play.

Fool.

Did I say you shouldn't support Leicester? Fair play if you live far away or you don't no any leicester fans to go with, you don't have to go to a game to be a fan but it is good when you go

Other than the ridiculously rose-tinted view of Filbert Street I have (as I'm sure 90% of us on here do), I rather like Ninian Park. Its crap of course, in any objective way, but its charming crap, which is why its disappointing it'll be flattened soon and replaced with a flatpack. I also like the Millenium stadium for its location, makes everything there a proper event (even if for international football its crap and half empty) and the noise builds up quite well.

If you didn't witness the '04 qualifying campaign or the England game, you're a hugely unlucky man.

"Oi Beckham, your missus is a nutter!" GLC for life. :D
