The only ground ive been to is Villa Park, it was great.

Or maybe im being too nice, and need to go to a few more before I judge.

Including Filbert St/Filbertway?

Walkers is very clean and modern, however it hasn't really built up that atmosphere yet that only years of footballing history can give. With expansion to 40,000+, it has the potential to become very decent.

Brentford's has a pub on every corner (the only ground to do so).

I went there in April and it was a great away day.A proper football stadium to go with it as well.I'm going to be biased and say the City Ground, and the tossers Doughty and Arthur are taking it away

I don't know who your board is, but I'm guessing you're not in favour of moving to a new ground :dunno:

While not in the country, I think the fact it's hosted the FA cup more times than England's current national stadium (;)) qualifies the Millenium Stadium for my vote. Amazing stadium, and not just because it's Welsh. It's built wonderfully for atmosphere, steep and enclosed - on the occasions it's full it really is quite something to be there. Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau ringing out from 72 odd thousand should impress even the most English of English.

Anfield for me or Old Trafford - Some of the views at Anfield are restricted like in the lower anfield road end but the atmosphere is electric, Old traffords views and the way the stadiums been expanded over the years but keeping that traditional non-plastic feel to it and the stands seem to hang over the pitch so you feel close to the action.

Some of the more 'traditional' ground like Cardiff I love too, terracing, home hardcores just over the fence (now taken down I hear) just makes for a superb atmosphere.

Dam right I'm against it,I don't take kindly to the heart of my club being ripped out.And be honest,do you Leicester fans still wish you were at Filbert Street.I bet the majoirty say yes.

None of your modern tosh gets a look-in in the Daggers book of "Grounds I Loved"

It needs to hold less than 20,000 people, have old wooden stands and (preferably) only have three sides. It needs to have history and a soul...and it needs to be located in the damn town - not in some industrial complex, reclamation project or (who could I be referring to?) a totally different part of the ****ing country.

Notts Country used to be sweet, The O's, the old three-sided County Ground....lovely. I remember standing on muddy banks in Oldham and Charlton - that was football.

I don't remember queuing for piss weak beer or shuffling through turnstiles devoid of the sound of money. I remember grounds with atmosphere and spirit - a "stadium"? Modern stadia can go **** themselves.

The most fun I had last season at a football match was Colchester away.

Neither have I. :dunno:

That's not to say I didn't want to, but circumstances conspired against me.

Maybe later this year I'll finally get to a game at the Walkers. I certainly hope so. :D :D :D;) ;) ;):)

Does this mean I shouldnt support Leicester?

Ill go support Villa or Arsenal, considering ive seen them play.

Fool.

Once again you make an innacurate sweeping statement

I dont know how you came to the conclusion that he was saying you shouldn't support leicester, i really dont understand your logic. Usually most people have seen the team they support at least once, unless they live a ridiculous distance away, especially a club the size of Leicester. Its understandable that there are many glory hunters who claim to support Man utd or Chelsea but have only seen them on the TV, it just isn't expected for us.

To be honest, when I said I havent seen Leicester play, I knew some idiot would respond like that. So I decided to reply to that with looking at page 3, so I looked at the page after I replied and some a few more comments, one by you.

If thats the case, I have absolutely no idea what he's trying to say. Do you?

Sounds daft but, apart from Filbert Street, I really like Hereford and all my memories of the place are good ones. You're so close to the action and the atmosphere's like a throw-back to the halcyon days of football. Deepdale, with its museum, is another favourite. A great day out.
