We do have a bit of money, with the wage bill going considerably down between Christmas and summer. Besides Moore is on a bosman free, so we don't NEED money to get him

MOORE SET FOR BAGGIES EXIT

West Bromwich Albion captain Darren Moore looks set to quit the club at the end of the season.

Moore's current contract expires in the summer and as yet, West Brom have failed to offer him a new deal.

The player's agent John Mac revealed Moore is now resigned to leaving The Hawthorns and is considering his future options.

"Somehow, West Brom do not feel they want to make Darren an offer, so we will talk to other clubs about next season because we have no choice," said Mac.

"Darren has had four enjoyable years at West Brom and he would stay - but that is no longer an option.

"We are not in a position to be able to wait for West Brom to make an offer, as it is too dangerous too wait.

"A decision has to be taken now to plan for the summer. It's an unfortunate situation, but there's no alternative."

Moore has admitted he would like a new deal at West Brom, but it appears their reluctance to offer him one will see him move in the summer on a free transfer.

The news could alert Nottingham Forest, with former Baggies boss Gary Megson thought to be keen on bringing Moore to The City Ground.

How long have you lived in Denmark out of interest? I can't say I know much about Danish football or the national team. I know Gravesen and a couple of years back Tofting at Bolton. Who are the national team's stars apart from Gravesen (I presume)? Has Ebbe Sand retired now as he was rated highly a few years back?

I've lived in Denmark for a year and a half now. Born and raised in Belgium ;)

I would say our 'stars' are Gravesen (obviously), Grønkjær and Martin Laursen but the real hero is Jon Dahl Tomasson. He's been ever so vital for us. Ebbe Sand retired after Euro 2004, but continues to play for Schalke. He's had a poor last few years, but even if he only scored once during his last 18 months for Denmark, it was pretty obvious that there was a void to fill after he left.

I remember my ultimate strikeforce of Ebbe Sand and Mario Jardel on LMA Manager 2002 for Leicester City.

I sold a couple of players (including Muzzy to Manchester United at one point), bought them for about £12million each (yeah, you seemed to have a lot more money in LMA2002), and they scored over 30 goals each in that season.

I was pleased.

As for Darren Moore, not really a big fan, so I'm saying no.
