The rule you refer to is not "away fans must be charged the same as the cheapest home seats" it is "away fans must be charged the same as EQUIVALENT seats in the home end" Look at how much we charge for the Blackburn End (the equivalent) my seat is £24. And unfortuantely tickets are being restricted to database customers only so no away fans.
