Mack Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 Anyone else remember when Milan first came. He was talking to Dowie about taking over, and he was out of a job at the time. How I wish Mandaric had sacked Kelly on his first day at the helm and employed Dowie as Manager. Of course you cant say for certain, but given the mess since Kelly's departure we would almost certainly be in a better position now. Time to stump up some of that cash you got from the Megson deal Milan and put it right and bring Dowie in?
ASH17LCFC Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I want dowie has our new manager but i can't it happening now.
Nath Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I want dowie has our new manager but i can't it happening now. Because it's Cotterill. Right?
Wezleylowski Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I still want Incey. Have him over Dowie anyday.
Ultra Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I still want Incey. Have him over Dowie anyday. I'd prefer Grayson to either of them..
WetFlannel Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I'd prefer Grayson to either of them.. i think weve all made it clear we do, but the same with dowie, cant see it happening
ASH17LCFC Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 Because it's Cotterill. Right? Yep, cheap option i reckon.
Dames Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I'd prefer someone who prioritises scoring goals over being hard to beat. Kk thx.

The blaringly obvious fact is that no matter what manager comes in, whether he be Dowie, Ince, Cotterill, even The Special One, he will still have the same bunch of no-hopers to work with. There is no way we can just sign another 11 players in January and assume that it will be alright then, so we are stuck with what we have for now. OK, maybe we can grab a couple of decent players when the window opens, and maybe that can make a difference, only time will tell. Maybe, just maybe, the biggest kick up the arse to City this season will be relegation. You're gonna hate me now^^

If it had gone through on the 17th of december like it was supposed too kelly would have gone and dowie would've spent money in jan.
