Although Joey Barton has a few issues of his own, he was spot on when hammering the mercenaries for their "I played sh!t, here's my book" attitude. They deserve every piece of abuse they get. After all many of them are only on a basic wage of £15k+/DAY!

I quite like Gerrard but admittedly his performances for England have been very poor. BUT if it weren't for him we would have been even more laughed at for not beating ANDORRA. He carried us through a match with arguably the worst team in Europe.

If he misses he is the scapegoat for not qualifying. His world Cup makes him a scapegoat for the England fans. He is shite though for England and plays well for Chelsea. His Peno in the world cup about somes him up for me and i don't like him. Ultra is right, shit world cup lets all bring out a book and make a shed load of money out of it. MY WORLD CUP HELL !!!
