Anyone that played for England in the most recent qualifying campaign is being targeted it seems. Although I didn't hear any boos aimed at Barry... although he was playing at Boro, in front of about 3,100 fans. It doesn't help that Robinson's a shit keeper with no confidence.

If they are truly proud to play for England then they'd try to bounce back from the criticism. I do think that, however bad his performance was on Wednesday, it is a little harsh to boo Gerrard, though. At times that man has carried England when no one was willing to do anything at all, unlike Frank Lampard, who appears to have had extensive World Cup hangover.

I did hold out the hope that Barry had been spared because he was the difference for a few games... his performances gave us hope for a while. But, somehow, I don't think that mattered much to the boo boys... they were booing anyone and everyone. Shame, really, as some of them didn't deserve it.

He did fook all that game apart from score a penalty and not once did he get onto a crouch flick on. Probally the worst english player in the england team atm.

Andorra away still sticks out for me, gutless scared and no passion. Lampard i think was on the bench because he knew he would had been booed out the ground but unlike someone who would had been like fook it .. i wanna go out there and give it my all ... He sat on the bench and pretended to be injured. Every single one of them who played for england over the last 2 years needs to take a good hard look in the mirror.

I'm sorry but he's a good player and he gets a lot of respect from me for taking that peno. If he scores he's still hated by 50% of this country and gets labelled fatfrank. If he misses he is the scapegoat for not qualifying.
