Sparky Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 been getting worse for a while , see it every bloody sunday and cant blame the refs really . Only a couple of weeks ago i played in a county cup game that resulted in the ref getting a slap , even if it was intended for my team mate . Nothing will change until players get sent off at the highest level for foul and abusive language . Too many sunday teams just go out lookintg for a scrap
Staf Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 I feel sorry for sunday league refs but what i cant see how this will make it any better
David O'Leary Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 I didn't go on strike....maybe I should make a late effort to...

Tevez Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Fair play, the attitude of some of the players and management stinks and i can't believe they put up with it.
The Stig Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Fair play, the attitude of some of the players and management stinks and i can't believe they put up with it. People think they're in the Premier League!

Too many sunday teams just go out lookintg for a scrap How sad but true that is Sparky. Everyone knows football is a physical game, some people just it as an excuse to go out and hurt people. I don't mind get tackled hard, but only when it's fair. Last season, playing on a Sunday morning, one player snotted at a team mate of mine, the ref went to book him, but backed down when the player sqaured upto him. It's a shame that some people go out to enjoy a game of football, and silly stuff like this happens. Some players are even getting "cropped" for having flash boots, or being a good player.
General Smuts Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 I didn't go on strike....maybe I should make a late effort to... Im assuming from this post your a ref, See the FT Games thread there after a referee if your up for it.
