masked_avenger Posted 4 August 2004 Posted 4 August 2004 Lee Marshall or Junior Lewis, it's hard to split them apart really. Lee Marshall was definitely under rated by the Leicester public. I don't care what people say, Junior Lewis was potentially a football genius and had one of the best 40 yard passes I've ever seen. If the crowd had stayed off his back he could have gone on to great things. Both these two were spoilt by the "boo boys".

Wellman Posted 5 August 2004 Posted 5 August 2004 yea i think he was. Lee Marshall and Junior Lewis were poor players and the city crowd could see that from the start. Correct me if i'm wrong but was it peter taylor who bought those two players????

Southern Fox Posted 5 August 2004 Posted 5 August 2004 Hello guys, Steve Walsh for me by a mile... He stands out from all other players in the years I have supported the club. Only one of a few players that was "Leicester through and through" His passion and commitment is something players nowadays severely lack. "He's here, he's there, he's ever........................"
TheFoxes Posted 5 August 2004 Posted 5 August 2004 Izzet Best signing we ever made by a mile, we will definitely miss him this season. What about your most hated Leicester player? gotta be Akinbiyi for me, no explanation needed!
Mark Posted 5 August 2004 Posted 5 August 2004 What about your most hated Leicester player? gotta be Akinbiyi for me, no explanation needed! Dennis Wise. Akinbiyi always gave 100% but the fee we paid was ridiculous so he had an impossible task of living up to our expectations.
