I'd say he tried being "nice" and they didn't respond so now he's being tough with them. Fair play I say.

But in this case its ok for him to do it but not the fans, who know the players better than he does + pay etc etc.....

The better managers tend to keep things behind closed doors, and avoid slagging of the players and fans in public.

Not the best of starts, result or performance wise + PR leaves a lot to be desired.

Affraid its 'go back to go' for me, hope (or pray) i'm proved wrong, but early indications are poor, bizarre way of doing things, when does being a funny become being a clown
