A Clear out was always going to be on the cards. The Squad size we have is too big and the personel arnt good enough for the Championship.

Managers who have done well elsewhere have failed with a lot of these players. I'd prefer Holloway to get his own men in to sink or swim with rather than condemn him on the basis of a bunch of players that have barely achieved anything between them (N'Gotty and perhaps Clemence aside, what has anyone in the squad ever done?)

Essientially, we've been stuck with some of these players for about 4 years, no manager has had the balls to come and totally re shape the squad, not even MA he just transfere listed about 4 players, bought 16, and procceded to play the same team as the season before anyway inc some of those that apparently were on their way.

Well the problem was evident from the start. We retained way too many of the shitters from the struggling team of the last two seasons.

Not quite. I don't remember Stearman or Fryatt playing too much during Allen's time here.

He clearly didn't rate them, and their recent performances (as well as many last season) haven't done a lot to prove him wrong.
