That bet365/signed ball offer

I signed up to bet365 a couple of weeks ago and did what was asked to get my free signed ball.

I've not received any confirmation or anything

Surely somebody else took part in this deal of a lifetime?

Any ideas?

Got mine yesterday...after 3 weeks waiting...it's signed Ian Holloway,then ollie underneath...i've got it on the side board at the moment.....But i've got a 10 month springer spaniel who's got his eye on it!

I signed up and sent the e-mail about 2 weeks ago and still havent had anything, so i e-mailed the club at the end of last week and the reply said Ollie had loads to sign, but they should be sent by the end of this week, so hopefully any day soon
