bigjonnyauk Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 hi guys i was reading the threads about retaining players and also teams for league one bell and worley were mentioned a lot i thought we had these on loan with a deal to sign at end of season so what if we now cant afford them or they dont want to come ?

I think he will. Would be a bit of a risk if he went back to luton and just hoped for a move. Im sure he has signed a deal anyway, but it could only be completed as a loan in january due to some time constraints, I believe.

But then again, they weren't really given a chance. They had 2 very promising debuts and then slowly disappeared. Laczko was awfully poor at Watford away.

But Worley is certainly ours... when he joined, it was stated he'd sign a deal in the summer and that we had already paid Chelsea a sum to secure him. As for Bell... he stated early on that he's hoping to extend his stay beyond the end of the season. Whether that's likely now, who knows?
