EnigmaticFox Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 Ok, we have all done our share of ranting and crying this past week. But, now is surely the time to move on. Whether the Hollow one stays or goes, whether most of the team leave or stay, is upto those running the club now. What we must do hough, is to show we are 100% true blue! I admit that I haven't been to watch City for a number of years, due to personal cirumstances. But, I used to be there, home and away all of the time, during the 70's. I once went to watch City play a friendly in Amsterdam, we were about 10 in total, when the team coach pulled up, outside the ground and the City team saw us, they were overwhealmed, that we had gone such a long way to follow them. Frank O'Farral (then magager, got us all into the ground for free)! Anyway, we used to be there then, at places like Swindon and Carlisle (albeit, in the old Div 2), so many of these grounds are not new to lots of us. I want anyone who feels the same, to commit here and now, to giving City 100%, an pledge that you will go to as many games next season as possible and that you will give the boys your loyalty. Yes, I know some of you will be offended, by these remarks, that anyone will to question your undying loyalty, for those of you, who are thus commited, this isn't meant to be, in anyway a slight against you I am just fed up of hearing all of the moaners going on and on. Ok, we messed up big time, and we all have our personal scrapegoats, to blame but, as I said though, now is the time, to show the team the commiment, that will get us out of this hole. Is there maybe a site or a thread, wecan developand all of us who agree with these sentiments can sign up to? Or, could the administraters of this site, set up a thread or site, for tholse of us who are 100% commited? Ok, my rant over, maybe I will receive a lot of negative feedback on this, but, I wanted to express how I felt. See you all in Northampton and Swindon.
