Simon Posted 1 April 2005 Posted 1 April 2005 I think the whole thing regarding the pope has a rather sickening, 'morbid' feel to it. People (and by that I mean the media) hanging around waiting for someone to die. It gives me the shudders... VULTURES.
kerryh Posted 1 April 2005 Posted 1 April 2005 I typed loads - but really it's best not to get into it! I think the whole thing is that I was surrounded by a lot of Polish Catholics (Mum's family!) when I was growing up, it's just to intense a religion for me!

Anish Posted 1 April 2005 Posted 1 April 2005 The intense news coverage is realling pissing me off. Let the guy die in peace and give him a bit of space. Besides, I'm sure most viewers are fed up of hearing about his state every second of every minute of the news coverage. There are other things going on in the world you know!
