I literally couldn't eat or drink anything, even water, until about 4 this afternoon, without chucking it up everywhere. Stomach's still proper dodgy. Christ. This is the reason I tell people to take milk thistle tablets. Especially beforehand if you know you're gonna get bladdered. They work, they really do. I've only ever had a really bad reaction to alcohol on the occasions i've forgotten to take them. Bloody brilliant stuff.
