All they can do is hold you to real police come and nip you away! Nobs!
Molson Canadian Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 There probobly community police officers....auxiallry officers we call them here in vancouver they don't have the rights to arrest people but they can enforce the law to a certain extent and are usually made up of people who are local in the community and do it as a part time job to help the community
