leicester ghost Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 for the attention of....................tayn and prade. i suggested that yesterdays game would be northamptons cup-final. i also suggested that leicester would beat northampton 8-1. these comments were made with an eye on northamptons fans surfing this website. i could say that you've bit,been reeled in,and are safely in the keep net. but i won't,just don't take it all so seriously. and please,don't compare leicester with leeds. anyway,well done northampton on getting the point.

Yes...of course you did.... My repsonse was well aimed as constructive as having a part of my footy heart with LCFC...there was no biting anywhere mate. Merely observations and suggestions to prevent LCFC supporters "sounding like" Bobby Big Balls Leeds and Florist. Your response....was exactly my point. As I said...good luck City...

dandannieldanok Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 As for atmosphere....well I have to agree....with the exception of the drummer boy and his little mob of label clad yoof.....it was surprising to hear such a negative response to your team! Sunderland were the same three weeks ago......Again an example of how "How dare that rubbish little club come to us the big club and give us a run for our money"... 5 years ago, August 2003, we were 2-0 up after the first 10 mins against Southampton in the Premiership in our first game back. Now we're in League One not just struggling to beat teams like Northampton, but struggling to compete at times, so forgive us for not being over-the-moon with yesterday's performance and result.
