Moreton Posted 22 October 2008 Posted 22 October 2008 Dorus De Vries that is. Not of any real interest but oh well. Swansea goalkeeper Dorus de Vries will be out for at least six weeks after it was confirmed he has a hairline jaw and depressed cheekbone fractures. The Dutchman, 27, suffered his injury in Tuesday's 0-0 home draw after a challeng from Queens Park Rangers captain Martin Rowlands. De Vries underwent surgery on Wednesday at Morriston Hospital in Swansea. BBC Sport

dandannieldanok Posted 23 October 2008 Posted 23 October 2008 Alan Tate, Swansea's defender, had to go in goal for well over an hour and kept a clean sheet.
Master Fox Posted 23 October 2008 Posted 23 October 2008 Phew!!! I thought that it were THE De Vries then for a second. We miss him, we need MDV back. He'll blitz it in this league. Why did send him on loan and let him go? Best player we've had at Leicester in recent years. We love you MDV. Come back.
