Person on the brink

With the news that Leicester City are to find themselves up against Dagenham & Redbridge in the 2nd round of the F.A Cup, I am left feeling a little deflated due to the poor showings in recent months form The Leicester City side. No longer do the players look as spritely as they did in Early October with convincing home and away performanced which delivered 10 points out of a possible 12. The palyers seem to lack confidence and a loyalty to the manager. A decent league position fails to tell the reality at Filbert Way. The inconsistant results and performances have led a majority of fans to question the leader of the leicester ship, and the blame falls squairly on to the head of the Admiral of the fleet Nigele Person.

In the last few days the Chairman Minaric has let me know of his displeasure at the teams woeful recent displays and Person's future seems to be hanging by a dwindling thread. Mindaric said "What more can I do?", "I support, support and support every manager that comes into the club, but what am I getting in return?" I agree whole heartedly with the Chairman and a change looks the only option left at this stage of the season. Minaric continued "there have been alot of freeloaders at this club and I have tried to rid the leeches from this wonderful club but we look further and further from the premiership with every disapointing game", Points are certainly on the chairmans mind and those dropped will lead to a dropping of a bombshell within the club if they have one more unsatisfactory performance, the chairman contiuned "I saw that Swindon sacked their manager on the eve of their game with us and it paid dividends for them why not us?", "I could and should do the same, I think I might!" The chairman was certainly impressed with Swindon's fightback and feels that what the clubs needs is less leadership which he feels will instill the lacking concentration levels towards the end of matches. " look at the way he (Person) made no changes but brought the players over to talk at 1 v 2, their focus was lost and we need less leadership on the pitch".

Fans are fully behind the chairman in every decison he makes, even the tough ones, just like I am! I will be with him on Saturday lapping up the free bar and sandwiches in Sunny Scunny, I have been very well informed that the team coach may be a member lighter if the result turns out to be a distasteful one. A mercury poll has been conducted and 77% are in favour of a change and a whopping 99.93% of fans are behind the chairman and his decisions. The chairman commented that this was the backing that made him feel that he was doing the best for himself and Leicester City Football Club, and me strangely enough.

God bless,

Bull A
