Re Pearson - a good read and reinforces my first opinions of him, a man of intelligence, integrity and modesty not the usual attributes associated with today's football managers but after our shambolic managerial history since the departure of MON just what LCFC needs.

Let's hope just a little of it rubs off on LCFC and Mandaric.

Jon Sammels another from my era! Interesting to hear him say he did not acknowledge the fans enough, perhaps one of the reasons that for a period of time he took some stick from the "Sammels boo boys" in the Kop.
