Bellend Sebastian Posted 12 January 2009 Posted 12 January 2009 It's not a flat but my house is band 'A' (the cheapest), in the City, and I pay £66 a month including single occupancy discount - this will probably be nearly £70 come April. Difficult to say how much other bills would be as it depends on the sort of flat - it's not unusual for modern ones to be all electric, for example. You'll probably have to pay a service charge on a flat as well - not sure what they are these days but they can be quite a sting, having said that, it will probably be included in the rent, won't it?
