JoeyB Posted 15 January 2009 Posted 15 January 2009 Been having trouble with my SE C902 phone, so i rang up O2 and complained last night and they said when i send mine in and they receive it they will send me a new one out. (Was 8pm last night when i complained) So at approx 11:24 am today i went down the post office and sent my old phone off, with delivery so it arrives before 1pm tomorrow. At approx 12:15 PM today i had a knock on my door and some guy from DHL had a package for me, with my new phone in. So that was 51 minutes for delivery. Can't beat that eh Phube

Can't beat that eh Phube Although it is most impressive... I refuse to suck just yet... Firstly, DHL is just cheating. Mine was Royal Mail - Standard First Class. Secondly, they sent it out before you posted yours... obviously!! So

No offence, but people like you who keep them instead of sending them back make them reluctant to send people new phones out to those who need it.

When was this? companies have a habit of waiting a bit (incase it takes you time to deliver etc) and then come after you for the phone. Sod's law states this will be the day after you sell the phone on ebay. I got in a similar scenario with play.com, if it's too good to be true...
