Anish Posted 21 January 2009 Posted 21 January 2009 Has anyone been to the Allianz Arena to watch a Bayern match? If so, how easy/hard is it to get tickets? Are there touts outside the ground etc? I've looked on a few websites like Seatwave and other fan to fan ticket exchanges, but I'm a bit reluctant to buy tickets off them because I won't be in the UK for weeks before the Munich match I'm thinking of attending (on 21 March at home to Karlsruher) - which makes it a bit difficult. It looks like the Allianz Arena is a sell-out every game too, which doesn't help, but if anyone has any more info I'd appreciate it!
Floating Fox Posted 21 January 2009 Posted 21 January 2009 Cat Burger has been. I'd imagine tickets aren't too hard to come by. If worst comes to worst go and watch 1860, same ground. I've been told their fans are better too. You'd be able to get them in the terracing areas for 1860 I think.

I used official site-linked viagogo with minimum fuss http://fcbayern.viagogo.de/?fcb_sid=5f2c47...fdabbcc8fb334a4 Although I had them mailed to me, I believe there was the option to pick them up from the ground.

Thanks mate. I saw that site earlier but obviously there aren't any tickets for the Karlsruher game yet. I'll keep checking and hopefully there'll be some on sale nearer to the game.

Yeah there definitely will be, it's just a case of checking every day so you can get the best seats, think if you're lucky you might be able to get standing ones. There were some for the game that I went to, but I went with the mrs so I knew she wouldn't have been happy with that
