I know this thread is over now, but Grayson's situation was completely different.

He left a very small club with no money, who are only gonna be fighting relegation every year, and joined a big club with a bit more money, bigger fanbase etc and when they eventually come back up, more chance of making the premiership at some point than Blackpool.
