The rest of your points about "investments in the arts" and "various other developments" sounds a bit vague and goes against what many others have said in the thread who actually live in the city. I'm just responding to people who have said how unpleasant Leicester is, and I have the opposite view thats all ,and the times I go back to leicester there always seems to be new businesses and redevelopment going on.
