My assessment is that the people whocmake these decisions are invertebrates.

Are these only suggestions because from what I've read the ECB for example would rather keep cricket on Sky they get more money for it?

Yeah that's what they want. They also claim that if it's kept on Sky the funding for each County club is maintained. Without Sky's money apparently they would suffer £100m loss.

And yeah it's only suggestions for now :).
