Collymore Posted 12 May 2005 Posted 12 May 2005 Not sure if he's found a new club yet but watching Connolly this season miss chance after chance never brought a smile to my face, while Ade always had me in stiches. I think the main reason for this was that we paid 10 times more for ade so if i didn't laugh i would have certainly cried. I would have him back for comical value. Also thinking about it, He's just De Vries with pace but without the 1st touch but Ade makes me laugh
step Posted 12 May 2005 Posted 12 May 2005 It used to make me laugh when ever AA would foul someone and the whole of the city staduim would be shouting off, off Sad but true
Leicesterboi Posted 12 May 2005 Posted 12 May 2005 Well atleast he always gave 100% so i had some respect for him.....some!!
step Posted 12 May 2005 Posted 12 May 2005 Ye he did give 100% ITS A SHAME THAT 100% WAS ONLY WORTH 10%
Steven Posted 12 May 2005 Posted 12 May 2005 Ye he did give 100% ITS A SHAME THAT 100% WAS ONLY WORTH 10% 107656[/snapback] In many respects professional football has to be about execution and productivity. Execution in that each good pass, tackle etc has to be done better than the opposition and hopefully in doing so you will win. The productivity part comes in when you play better than the opposition for less effort. Akimbadbuy had to give 100% in order to be "competitive", good players could give much less that A and still produce more. The point to this ramble. Never be fooled by someone that merely looks busy always check what they are producing for that effort.
Collymore Posted 13 May 2005 Author Posted 13 May 2005 I'm sure I made this a poll by the way <_< never mind
