Nigel Pearson really needs to sort it out, after conceding 8 goals in 2 games and creating hardly any chances at the other end.

We have Waghorn who has probably been the best player in a poor team recently missing for the next 3 games.

We are playing players out of posistion, eg Gallagher at left mid, we should be playing dyer out wide left and n'guessan on the right, because we have been playing with no width on the wings.

Also stop playing brown, he never gets a foot in and just carry's on backing off, which has cost us against west brom and nottinhgam forest, i would much rather have morrison at center back and neilson back in the team at right back

the point is people need a scapegoat. Neilson wasn't playing so they can't critize him for doing nothing wrong, howard wasn't playing so they couldn't rag on him so they move to the next player which just happens to be and will almost certaintly always be fryatt regardless of how he performs.

yeh its true. only problem is that some younger players like fryatt that lack confidence sometimes need the fans to back him, not turn their backs on him
