Jimothy Posted 25 January 2010 Posted 25 January 2010 Very nasty I assumed when it said he was shot in the head he was dead!
AjcW Posted 26 January 2010 Posted 26 January 2010 Well at least he doesnt have to live in sunderland now, luck sod. I know it seems strange but in football terms, these things seem to come in clusters... players having heart problems, footballers and teams coming under attack etc. I suppose its the same with all news though, once on thing is pointed out they seem to become more and more frequent. I hope there is some sort of hope in this case, doesn't sound very likely though.
martyn Posted 26 January 2010 Posted 26 January 2010 Good player is Cabanas, would have definitely been going to the World Cup and probably starting. Has already been operated on but the bullet is still in his brain. Some crazy things happen in Mexico City that's for sure. Hope he makes a full recovery
