Thracian Posted 11 February 2010 Posted 11 February 2010 Well perhaps you should give a toss because it's pretty clear they all think he's a winger so I reckon you'll have to get used to it. When N'Guessan is in full flight he's the most dangerous and tricky customer running with the ball at his feet and he can thump a good cross in too. It's not hard to see why the lad and his managers think he's best suited to be a winger. There's nothing to stop him being both a winger and a striker, but I've personally failed to see anything this season that suggests both the player and manager are wrong about his best position. However you chose to phrase it I've not seen it, other than very occasionally. I'll stick with what the stats say and what I've seen with my own eyes from day one at Ipswich.

Fair enough, my day one started against Swansea and although he was only on the pitch for 45 minutes, I think if you had seen his performance that day then your view might be slightly different. It was one of the most destructive wing performances I've ever seen down the Walkers. But anyway we'll never agree on this .
ousefox Posted 11 February 2010 Posted 11 February 2010 Didn't our keeper play for us last season as well? So did most of our defenders and all our midfielders apart from Wellens who's been no more than a reputation from what I've seen so far. No, came in the summer
