Bernie was being his drunken self around the area and one guy had the t shirt on. He went up to Bernie and pointed it out and asked him if he was getting any royalties for it. Bernie looked very puzzled (probably due to having 5 and a half bottles of white lightening within 3.17 minutes) about it all and is apparently not getting any royalties for the t shirts
