City Fan Posted 13 August 2004 Posted 13 August 2004 Darren, that is! Would be a good signing in my opinion. He is starting to score goals for fun in this division, and Ipswich are in quite a poor money situation so would probably sell him fairly cheaply. Anymore opinions? B)
Mark Posted 13 August 2004 Posted 13 August 2004 Not a chance will we get him. He'll most likely go to Newcastle where all the good youngsters nowadays seem to be heading. If we ever want a player like that in our team, we need to learn how to develop our own youngsters and use it to our advantage.
