Only happens for cup games and if the certian areas can be segregated

Man Utd. don't give 11,000 tickets to away fans every Saturday for example. After the minimum requirement, however, I think it's at the club's convenience/discretion. Plus take a few away for segregation (which there will be), and there you go...

It's not even 10% well I dont think so anyway, Leeds holds 40,000, they dont give 4,000 as the allocation they give 1,800
