All you want to do is go up against the best crews from around the world and some idiots in government say that you can't. It's the World Cup ffs, have a heart. Where's the democracy? Fifa should just sort out a few designated industrial estates around the World Cup venues for them to meet and let them enjoy themselves, it's part of football
