broughtonblue Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Has anyone got the 'sky mobile tv' app for the iPhone/iPod touch? Is it any good and is it only £6 per month? Any catches? Sounds too good to be true to be able to watch all sky sports channels for that price!

Blue Foxes Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I got it and its pretty good, decent picture most of the time and no regular buffering. It is a bit out of time from normal sky tv, but only by about a minute, and as you said I think its £6 a month, but if you already have a sky subscription you can get it for free until start of 2011 if you remember to unsubscribe before then.
Matt Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I nearly downloaded it as its free till January but you had to enter all your bank details then after January they will start charging (Without informing/reminding you) and I know i'll forget to unsubcribe when January comes so decided to leave it seeing as I have Sky Sports at home anyway thought the chances I want to watch Sky Sports when i'm not at home are slim anyway.
